Anyone can have success, if they are prepared to work on themselves first, because success starts from within. OK - some people win lotteries, but for the rest of us, we have to have a plan and start to work that plan.
No skyscraper ever got built without solid worked out plans set out on what to do first, then the next thing etc. You have to apply a similar sequence to your life plan, income plan, promotions plan, whatever-you-want-to-achieve -plan!
You can find all these things out about yourself if you know the secret!
Do you have the right thinking and motivation?
Is your desire strong enough to see you through the hard times?
Do you have enough belief in yourself?
You can learn how to improve all these things within you and more, if only you knew the secret!
You want or need a new car, then plan out overtime at work, or get an extra job to save for it or pay for it on the never never hire purchase or credit-card plan.
(A waste of money - me thinks sir).
Anyway: How do you know what to plan for? You need to set goals and write them down first, then you can maybe see any pitfalls or holes you need to plug. Just like planning a holiday or trip..
